  • CPE Manager

    SALT LAKE CITY, UT

    The Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Manager leads the Institute for Advancing Spiritual Care’s ACPE-accredited education program, ensuring excellence in clinical education while preparing future chaplains to provide exceptional spiritual care in healthcare settings. The Manager oversees accreditation, program development, Certified Educators, and student education while working with healthcare and organizational leaders to strengthen the quality, reach, and long-term growth of the program.

    Key Functions:

    • Supervise and educate CPE students

    • Provide oversight to ACPE Certified Educators

    • Support client relationships, broader services, and future program growth

    Job Description

  • PRN Hospital Chaplain

    VARIOUS LOCATIONS, UT

    The Part-Time PRN Chaplain provides compassionate spiritual and emotional care for hospital patients, families, and staff, offering support to people of all faiths and those with no faith affiliation. Chaplains respond to routine and crisis care needs, support patients and families through trauma and difficult decisions, and work alongside healthcare teams to promote communication, comfort, and whole-person care throughout the hospital experience.

    Key Functions:

    • Provide spiritual and emotional support

    • Support patients, families, and hospital staff

    • Respond to crises, trauma, and care needs

    Job Description

  • CPE Chaplain Residency

    SALT LAKE CITY, UT

    The CPE Chaplain Residency is a one- or two-year ACPE-accredited program based at St. Mark’s Hospital, an HCA Healthcare Level II Trauma Center in Salt Lake City. Residents receive a stipend with full employee benefits, with tuition discounts, scholarships, and up to $3,500 in relocation aid available. The second year emphasizes leadership development, with the opportunity to transition to the Certified Educator Candidate (CEC) program after Year 2.

    Key Functions:

    • Provide spiritual care to patients, families, and staff

    • Participate in supervised clinical education

    • Develop professional chaplaincy skills in hospital settings
